Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a Salesforce Lead with knowledge in Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) within expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud along with Velocity OM exposure to lead end-to-end revenue lifecycle implementations for a major Telecom client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development for Revenue Cloud / DRO and Internal/external Integration as part of Telco Order Management.
- Build and optimize revenue orchestration flows including order decomposition, orchestration and order life cycle for telecom products, bundles.
- Translate telecom commercial products/offerings (plans, add-ons, promotions) into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical products.
- Define and optimize integration strategies, data models, process automations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other telecom OSS/BSS systems like provisioning, field work, shipping and billing.
- Guide developers, ensure code quality, and manage technical delivery across agile teams.
- Involve in production deployment and provide support during post Implementation support period.
Skills & Experience
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 6+ years in Salesforce with Revenue Cloud and hands-on Velocity OM experience with transformation projects and greenfield implementations.
- Strong understanding of telecom domain (Quote to Cash): Order lifecycle management, subscription lifecycle, fulfilment, billing, and product catalogues.
- Working Experience in Salesforce Vlocity OM (Order Management) with automation, order orchestration for complex product orders, Order decomposition, Order Fulfilment.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, TMF Open APIs), Omnistudio.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Administration, telecom order orchestration, fallout management, and data flows.
- Experience in transforming a legacy order management system to Salesforce revenue cloud/DRO.
- Knowledge on Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO)
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Platform Developer I/II
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
