Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce DevOps processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications through automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices. The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize release and deployment cycles while maintaining a strong focus on performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps processes and tools to enhance development and deployment efficiencies.
- Automate the deployment process for Salesforce applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for version control, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to deployments, ensuring rapid resolutions of any challenges that may arise.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assess current DevOps practices and suggest improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and security.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or in a similar role with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket for version control and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce change set management, sandbox development, and release management processes.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Apex, JavaScript, or Python to automate tasks and workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Salesforce (including Salesforce DX)
- Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
- Git (GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Scripting languages (Apex, JavaScript, Python)
- Monitoring and log management tools (Splunk, New Relic, etc.)
