We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities;

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Deployment Management

  • Maintain, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable automated testing and deployments within Salesforce environments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment inconsistencies
  • Proactively identify and resolve deployment‑related risks to ensure release stability

Environment & Source Control Strategy

  • Define, document, and govern environment strategies across development, QA, UAT, and production
  • Design and manage Git‑based branching models tailored for Salesforce development lifecycles
  • Establish and enforce DevOps standards, ensuring consistent configuration across environments

Platform & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, Copado releases, and evolving DevOps best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining deployment processes and improving automation maturity
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support onboarding, audits, and operational continuity

Critical Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Salesforce DevOps role supporting complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce environments

Certifications (Required)

  • Copado Certifications, such as:
    • Copado Certified Administrator
    • Copado Certified Developer
Technical Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience managing Salesforce‑specific CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Git‑based version control systems and complex branching strategies
  • Deep troubleshooting expertise related to:
    • Deployment errors
    • Merge conflicts
    • Environment‑specific Salesforce issues
  • Demonstrated experience in defining DevOps strategies, assessing existing processes, and driving adoption of best practices
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
  • Additional Copado Administrator or Developer certifications
  • Experience with Communications Cloud / Vlocity and Revenue Cloud
  • Exposure to multi‑platform enterprise Salesforce architectures
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as:
    • Bash
    • Python
    • Salesforce DX CLI
  • Experience implementing or supporting automated testing frameworks within Salesforce
