About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Tech Lead to spearhead development initiatives and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and have exposure to Field Service Lightning (FSL). This role requires a strong leader capable of guiding a small team of developers, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects. The Salesforce Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, maintaining high standards of code quality, and supporting the deployment and post-production phases.

The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovative Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Exposure to Field Service Lightning is highly desirable. Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. Proven leadership skills in managing small teams, along with excellent stakeholder management abilities, are essential. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset will be advantageous. Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (optional), SOQL/SOSL, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs) is required.
Additionally, candidates should possess a solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and best practices for scalable solution design. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage project timelines, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance during architecture discussions and contribute to overall solution design.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Engage with clients for requirement clarification, demonstrations, and issue resolution, maintaining excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support deployment activities, including release management, and provide post-production support to ensure system stability and performance.
