General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (as it is essential for Customer Service
Centers).
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
within Salesforce.
Technical Skills Required
Salesforce Development & Customization
Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Future Methods)
Strong knowledge of Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) & SOSL
Hands-on experience in Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow
Rules
Expertise in Integrations with external systems using REST & SOAP APIs
Data Management & Configurations
Experience with Data Migration, Import, and Export
