🔹 Role Overview
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in Salesforce Development
- Minimum 3 years in Service Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Apex, Visualforce, LWC
- Service Cloud Voice
- Amazon Connect
- Good communication skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions
- Implement Service Cloud features (Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Knowledge)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security
🔹 Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Experience Cloud / AgentForce
- Agile exposure
