We are hiring Salesforce professionals across Developer, Senior Developer, Tech Lead, and Architect levels for Thinkvibes Software Private Limited.
This role is suitable for people who have strong hands-on Salesforce experience and can work on real client requirements with clarity, ownership, and technical depth. Depending on experience level, the person should be able to design, build, review, debug, optimize, and deliver Salesforce solutions across configuration, customization, integrations, automation, data model, security, and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, optimize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows, and platform features.
- Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based approaches where required.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, automation, security, sharing, and permission models.
- Debug issues, analyze root causes, and provide reliable fixes.
- Participate in solution discussions, code reviews, deployment planning, and release activities.
- Work closely with business users, project managers, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
- Follow good engineering practices around Git, code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- For senior, lead, and architect-level candidates, own technical design, guide teams, review solution approach, identify risks, and ensure delivery quality.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and platform capabilities.
- Good knowledge of Apex, triggers, batch Apex, asynchronous processing, test classes, and governor limits.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components and JavaScript.
- Practical understanding of Salesforce Flows, security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and data model.
- Experience with API integrations and working with external systems.
- Good understanding of deployment tools, Git, change sets, Salesforce CLI, or similar release processes.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and clients.
Additional Expectations for Tech Lead / Architect Roles
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data model, security model, automation strategy, and platform limits.
- Ability to make practical design decisions considering performance, maintainability, cost, timeline, and long-term scalability.
- Experience guiding developers, reviewing code, validating design approach, and ensuring technical quality.
- Ability to participate in client discussions, explain technical trade-offs, and identify delivery risks early.
- Strong ownership of solution quality, release readiness, and technical governance.
Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, or industry-specific Salesforce implementations.
- Exposure to Agentforce, AI-led Salesforce use cases, data engineering, automation, or enterprise application integrations.
- Prior experience in client-facing delivery, solution design, or leading technical teams.

Experience Range
Salesforce Developer: 3 to 5 years
Senior Salesforce Developer: 5 to 8 years
Tech Lead: 7+ years
