Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Bengaluru. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential customers, engaging in inside sales activities, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the business development team to implement sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to sales pipeline management.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative B2B sales and enjoys speaking with decision-makers such as CEOs, CIOs, CROs, CTOs.
What you’ll be doing:
• Prospecting companies in India, UK, Middle East, and APAC
• Running cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Booking discovery meetings
• Qualifying opportunities
• Positioning our CRM services and staff augmentation offerings
• Working directly with leadership to build pipeline and close deals
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Experience selling IT services, CRM consulting, SaaS, and staffing solutions
• Strong cold calling and outreach skills
• Confidence speaking with senior executives
• Ability to understand technical and business requirements
• A hunter mindset and ownership mentality
