Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration (flows, Process Builder, validation rules, page layouts).
- Experience working with key Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Marketing Cloud.
- Skills in integration and data handling, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or integration tools, data migration from legacy systems, and ETL or data transformation practices.
- Understanding of CRM concepts and customer experience journeys, with exposure to domains like manufacturing, automotive, pharma, healthcare, telecom, or logistics.
- Knowledge of DevOps and deployment practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) are highly beneficial.
