Title: Salesforce Developer (PSA; Sales & Service-Cloud)
Location: 100% Remote (India-based)
Duration: 12+ Months (contract / free-lance)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: 2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST tentatively (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
Rate: Negotiable
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce implementations, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Lightning development, Apex, and Salesforce integrations, and will be comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment supporting complex business processes.
Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and declarative tools
- Build and enhance Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, and formulas
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning-based user experiences
- Facilitate and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal applications using APIs and other integration mechanisms
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and operational needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and Agile development teams to deliver enhancements that address evolving business requirements
- Participate in code reviews, release management, and ongoing platform maintenance to ensure system stability and performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimizations across Salesforce environments
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Solid expertise in Apex development and Salesforce customization
- Strong Lightning experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Proven experience developing and maintaining complex Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external and internal systems (REST/SOAP APIs or similar integration patterns)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and platform best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions within Salesforce
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to CI/CD practices within Salesforce environments
