About the role:

Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the development and customization of Salesforce applications in Marketing, Sales, Service and Digital Experience Cloud. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of the organization's Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities: -

1. Salesforce Development:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.

• Work with senior developers to implement new features or enhance the functionalities based on business requirements.

2. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with system analysts to understand the requirements.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

3. Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct unit testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality meets specifications.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.

4. Documentation:

• Document code, configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations.

5. Learning and Development:

• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.

• Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for self-improvement.

6. Adherence to Best Practices:

• Follow coding and development best practices to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

• Adhere to organizational coding standards and guidelines.

7. Communication:

• Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.

8. Process

• Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.

• Knowledge of Software Development tools.

Qualifications: -

• Currently pursuing Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Optional)

• Certified in Salesforce Administration/Salesforce Sales Cloud/Salesforce Service Cloud/Platform Developer (Optional)

• Badges on Trailhead.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment.
