Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Field Service Lightning (FSL) expertise to manage and enhance our Salesforce Sales and Service applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Lightning Web Component development, API integrations, and enterprise integration architecture. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, optimize field service processes, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design and Implementation:
Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions using Salesforce and related technologies to meet business needs with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). Configure and customize FSL components including:
1. Service Appointments
2. Work Orders
3. Work Types
4. Service Territories
5. Scheduling Policies
6. Dispatcher Console
• Administration and Maintenance:
Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
• Custom Development:
Develop using Lightning web components and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning. • Testing and Reporting:
Support build-out of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Documentation and Standards:
Provide technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation, adhering to security and organizational standards.
• Collaboration:
Work with development teams to design and deploy Salesforce applications, integrating with other platforms as required.
• Compliance and Architecture:
Ensure all solutions align with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models.
Primary Skills:
• Expertise in Salesforce platform functionalities, including Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization • Proficiency in REST API principles and API development, deployment, and governance.
• Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Secondary Skills:
• Experience with Oracle CRM tools like Eloqua or Fusion Sales and Service (preferred).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and managing a team.
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce architectural concepts and functional roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
