Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The role requires hands‑on development of OmniStudio components and FSC implementations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and business‑aligned solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy OmniStudio solutions (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Implement and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features for banking, insurance, and wealth management use cases
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables
- Optimize guided processes and data integrations for performance and scalability
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and production support for OmniStudio/FSC solutions
- Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Mandate Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proven expertise in OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Hands‑on implementation experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
- OmniStudio Developer certification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and declarative features
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce FSC certification (preferred)
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL for custom extensions
- Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, API integrations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
