Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Fresher / Trainee)Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite Only)
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated fresher who wants to build a long-term career in Salesforce and is currently in the learning stage.
This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience, learn deeply, and work on real client projects under guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in development and customization on Salesforce platform
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Support Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, etc.)
- Understand and apply sharing & security models
- Assist in integration-related tasks
- Work closely with the team on live client projects
Required Skills- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Development & Administration
- Familiarity with:
- Apex
- LWC
- Salesforce Configuration
- Integration concepts
- Sharing & Security
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills
Qualification- B.E / B.Tech (Any Stream)
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
- Salesforce Administrator
Important Note (Read Carefully)- This is a training + project-based opportunity
- Selected candidates will receive structured learning and real project exposure
- Stipend/compensation will be provided based on actual project work contribution
- This role does not include salary slips or formal experience letters at this stage
Additional Requirements- Must be willing to work onsite in Jabalpur
