Job Description – Salesforce Developer cum Business Analyst
Location: Pune (Hybrid) || Contract
Domain: Manufacturing / Automotive
Experience: 4–8 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer cum Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development along with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
- Customize and configure Salesforce using low-code tools and standard features
- Develop components using Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Configure Experience Cloud / Community Portal
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training sessions
- Manage requirement changes and ensure proper stakeholder communication
- Participate in release management using VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, DevOps tools
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards
- Provide solutions for complex business and technical challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Salesforce development and configuration
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Lightning Aura
- Good understanding of Salesforce OOTB capabilities
- Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Experience in UAT coordination and functional testing
- Understanding of Dealer Management and Order Management processes
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Developer / Architect)
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive domain
