Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Copado DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while following CI/CD best practices using Copado. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce release management. Salesforce developers are typically expected to combine platform development skills with DevOps practices and enterprise integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce (if required)
- Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Develop custom business logic, triggers, batch classes, queueable classes, and scheduled jobs.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
- Perform deployments across Salesforce environments using Copado.
- Manage Git branching strategies and version control.
- Develop and execute unit tests ensuring minimum 75% code coverage.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve merge conflicts.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Optimize application performance and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong experience with LWC and Apex.
- Experience with Git-based source control.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
