Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer (Commerce Cloud) role based in the Mohali district. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Commerce Cloud and related components. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and customizing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and optimizing existing configurations for performance and usability. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. The developer will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to platform enhancements that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com development skills, including experience with Apex, triggers, and custom objects.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building user interfaces and custom functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, security, workflows, and data management.
- Solid understanding of the broader Salesforce.com ecosystem and its integration capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar e-commerce platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are desirable.
