As a Salesforce Developer at ISCA, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful Salesforce solutions that support the business every day. You will work closely with business users to manage new queries, handle evolving requirements, and ensure timely completion of daily assignments. This role demands flexibility, ownership, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities beyond standard development hours. You will also explore and implement AI-powered features and leverage declarative tools to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand, prioritize, and implement new queries and requirements on Salesforce.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and other platform tools.
- Hands-on experience with declarative (point-and-click) approaches, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet ongoing business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Implement AI-driven solutions such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automation tools to improve business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting functionality, performance, or integration, often under tight timelines.
- Manage daily Salesforce assignments efficiently while balancing urgent business requests and long-term development projects.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Document solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, AI capabilities, declarative best practices, and industry trends to proactively improve platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce platform customization.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
- Hands-on experience with declarative development approaches, including flows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML implementation within Salesforce, such as Einstein Analytics, Predictive Models, or other AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
