Implement end-to-end business processes including lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management. Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal applications and B2B storefronts. Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable processes to support complex business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-driven integration patterns. Work with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and B2B Commerce integrations for order processing and fulfillment workflows. Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions following Salesforce best practices and governance standards. Ensure adherence to security standards, governor limits, code quality, and deployment best practices. Collaborate with architects, technical leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Required Skills5 7 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud Service Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce Hands-on experience delivering production-grade Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS). Experience working in enterprise-level or multi-org Salesforce environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git/version control systems. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred SkillsSalesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer II B2B Commerce Implementation Specialist Experience with headless commerce architectures. Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and XML. Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks such as Python and Django. Experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and Oracle.
