Job Description
- Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Development:
- Strong Knowledge and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes.
- Strong Knowledge and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
- Write and maintain unit test classes to ensure code coverage and quality.
- Must have experience In Classic and lightning framework Knowledge Articles , force.com sites.
- Integration: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Version Control & Deployment: Utilize VS Code, Git, and Salesforce CLI for development and deployment.
- BAU Support: Handle day-to-day support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce applications.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure code and configurations follow best practices for scalability and performance.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with triggers, batch classes, and unit testing.
- Proficiency in VS Code and Salesforce development tools.
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Configuration Skills: Ability to configure Salesforce declaratively (flows, workflows, validation rules).
- BAU Support: Proven experience in handling BAU support and troubleshooting.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Developer II (preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
