The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with Technical Leads, Functional Consultants, Architects, and QA teams. The role requires hands-on development experience across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Service Cloud implementations.
Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Copilot technologies, and AI-driven customer service solutions is highly desirable as our programs increasingly leverage intelligent automation and AI-powered experiences.
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.
- Build scalable and maintainable custom applications on Salesforce.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based solutions.
- Implement business logic, automation, validations, and custom workflows.
- Support Service Cloud and customer service transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and solution implementation.
Service Cloud Implementation
Develop and enhance solutions across:
- Case management
- Omni-channel routing
- Service console
- Knowledge management
- Customer service automation
- Approval processes
- Reports and dashboards
- Digital Customer Service Experiences
- Customer Communication Workflows
Agentforce & AI Enablement
- Support implementation of:
- Agentforce actions and workflows
- AI-assisted service experiences

- Prompt templates and AI interactions
- Agentforce integrations with Service Cloud processes
Lightning Development
- Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop responsive user interfaces aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate LWCs with Apex services and external APIs.
- Optimize component performance and usability.
- Follow Salesforce UX and Lightning Design System standards.
Integration Development
- Develop integrations using Salesforce APIs.
- Consume and expose REST and SOAP services.
- Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
- Support integrations with enterprise applications through APIs and middleware platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support testing activities.
Platform Automation
- Configure and extend Salesforce Flows.
- Support process automation initiatives.
- Develop Apex-based automation where required.
- Implement approval processes and business rules.
- Optimize automation for scalability and maintainability.
Required Experience
- Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Proven experience delivering custom Salesforce solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Salesforce Platform: Strong experience with:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Sharing & Security Model
- Automation: Experience with Salesforce Flow, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, Screen Flows, Process Automation
- Integration Technologies: Working knowledge of: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, Platform Events, External Services
- Development Tools: Experience with: VS Code, Salesforce DX, Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket, CI/CD concepts, Debugging and deployment tools
