Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (4+ years) to build front-end automation and workflow capabilities for a customer onboarding/offboarding process. The role involves creating screen flows, UI actions, and integration touchpoints that trigger MuleSoft workflows, while ensuring smooth user experience, error handling, and data consistency within Salesforce.
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Location: Pune
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Buildscreen flows, record-triggered flows, and quick actionsfor onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Developbutton-driven UI componentsthatinitiateoperational processes from Salesforce account records.
- ImplementApex callouts, platform events, or REST integrationsto interact with MuleSoft integration layers.
- Handleerror messaging, UI feedback, and status updateswithin Salesforce.
- Collaborate with business and integration teams to translate workflow needs into Salesforce features.
- Ensure Salesforce configurations and flows follow platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize flows, callouts, and integration points.
Required Skills And Qualification
- Minimum1+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience withFlow Builder, including screen flows and record-triggered flows.
- Knowledge ofApex triggers, callouts, and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity withREST APIs, platform events, and integration patterns.
- Ability to design clean, user-friendly Salesforce UI interactions.
- Strong problem ‑ solving skills and attention to detail.
Good To Have Skills
- SalesforcePlatform Developer I certification.
- Experience withMuleSoftor API-led integration platforms.
- Experience building onboarding/offboarding workflows in CRM systems.
- Exposure to automation best practices, UX patterns, and error-handling frameworks.
