Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience and hands-on exposure to AI-powered Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be willing to work in the UK shift, and have experience building scalable Salesforce applications while leveraging AI technologies to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and customize solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or other Generative AI solutions.
- Develop AI-powered automations, chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, code quality standards, and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or Generative AI integrations.
- Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the UK shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification is a plus.
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI automation, or AI-powered CRM solutions is highly desirable.
