Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership in designing, developing, and stabilizing Salesforce CRM solutions supporting enterprise sales and customer engagement initiatives across global business functions.
This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration. The candidate should be capable of leading end-to-end solution delivery while ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, customization, and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive platform stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance.
- Develop reusable and scalable components to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to align with enterprise architecture and delivery models.
- Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and production support activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 13 years of overall IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, MSc, B.Tech, M.Tech Only.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Experience working on large-scale global CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience in CRM transformation or Sales Enablement programs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
Work Model
- Hybrid work model based in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
