We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex programming, Lightning components, integrations, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Configure Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Create and manage workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
- Experience with Git/version control tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms.
- Experience working with Jira and Agile methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
