Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce. The candidate should be strong in Apex, Lightning components, and integrations, with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Customize Salesforce applications using programmatic approaches
- Work on REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems
- Develop triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes
- Optimize performance and ensure best coding practices
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, and delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders
- Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes
Required Skills
Strong experience in:
- Apex Programming (Triggers & Classes)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- Visualforce (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of SOQL & SOSL queries
- Understanding of Salesforce data model & security (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
- Experience with integration tools and middleware
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools
- Exposure to Salesforce DX (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently and in teams
