Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to support business processes. The role involves building scalable solutions using Salesforce platform features, ensuring system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Implement workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Maintain code quality, security, and best practices
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and data model
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components
- Experience with integrations and deployment tools
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
