Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Sales Cloud, Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and DevOps tools, along with experience in
AI-driven automation using Salesforce Agent Force.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Required Expertise
- 5+ years of Salesforce related experience building and architecting complex applications
- Experience in Sales cloud (5+ years)
- 5+ years LWC, Aura experience.
- 5+ years of Apex & Visual Force.
- Proven Admin experience.
- Strong in Devops tools like AutoRabit.
- Must be very strong in integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agent Force including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
- Experience integrating Agent Force with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems for automated case handling and agent productivity improvements.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodology
- Must understand the requirements clearly and articulate it well in design
- Must be able to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
- Demonstrate experience communicating complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership
