Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, including customizing objects, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and troubleshooting application issues. The role also involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing best practices in Salesforce.com development and administration, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of the CRM solution. The developer will participate in code reviews, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com development skills, including Apex programming and customization on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components for building user interfaces and components.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, user management, security, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with core Salesforce.com features such as standard objects, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration into Salesforce.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and deployment tools related to Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator) are an advantage.
