We are looking for experienced professionals with Salesforce and Insurance domain experience to join our team across multiple levels. Candidates should have strong technical expertise, BAU support experience, and the ability to work in an Agile delivery environment.

1️⃣ Salesforce L1.5 / L2 Support Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for Salesforce applications
• Handle incident management and issue resolution through ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions
• Support development tasks, bug fixes, and minor enhancements
• Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure positive customer interactions and quick response times
Required Skills
✔ Experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce)
✔ Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud integrations
✔ Experience working in Agile delivery environments
✔ Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, Selenium, Harness
✔ Experience with incident management systems
✔ Basic understanding of cloud concepts
Preferred
• Insurance domain experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
2️⃣ Salesforce L3 / Senior Support Engineer
Experience: 3–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L3 production support for Salesforce applications
• Handle complex incidents, bugs, and enhancement requests
• Support BAU operations and compliance-related tickets
• Lead and mentor L1.5 and L2 support teams
• Manage release management and deployment activities
• Work with integration teams to resolve cross-platform issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution and delivery
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience with Salesforce Cloud platforms
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services and Integrations
✔ Experience with Integration Gateway
✔ Salesforce configuration and development support
✔ Experience working with Agile delivery models

3️⃣ Salesforce Technical Architect
Experience: 5–10 Years

• Design scalable integration solutions and architecture
• Oversee release management, deployments, and solution governance
• Coordinate with multiple integration teams and enterprise systems
• Provide technical guidance on complex development and integration challenges
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and web services
✔ Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
✔ Experience managing BAU support and enhancement activities
