🔹 Job Title: Salesforce Technical Consultant – Service Cloud & ServiceMax

🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Service Cloud and ServiceMax. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong technical configuration skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Configure and customize ServiceMax modules for field service operations
- Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Implement automation, validation rules, and approval processes
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Customize objects, page layouts, workflows, and security model
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
- Support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills
- 5–6 years of Salesforce technical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud
- Working experience in ServiceMax configuration and customization
- Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes), LWC, and Flows
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
- Good communication skills
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience in Field Service operations
- Experience working in Agile environments
