Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as an incremental resource to accelerate delivery on our FX Console and Suitability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions to support FX Console and Suitability workflows
• Collaborate with onshore teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build and maintain custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs as required
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure solutions meet compliance and suitability framework standards
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or capital markets platforms is a strong plus
• Familiarity with FX, suitability, or compliance-driven systems preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred
Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly with global teams
