Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CPQ Developer Lead with strong expertise in Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, Revenue Cloud, and Copado to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable CPQ solutions, optimizing contract lifecycle management processes, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Conga CPQ and Conga CLM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting logic, approvals, and quote templates.
- Implement contract lifecycle management workflows, clause libraries, templates, and approval processes.
- Integrate CPQ and CLM with Sales Cloud, ERP, Billing systems, and third-party applications.
- Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiatives.
- Utilize Copado for CI/CD, release management, and DevOps automation.
- Work on Revenue Cloud implementations including pricing, billing, and subscription management.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Conga CPQ.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Conga CLM.
- Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.
- Experience with Advanced Pricing, Product Configuration, and Constraint Rules.
- Hands-on experience with Conga Composer, X-Author, and Contract Templates.
- Strong expertise in Copado (CI/CD, DevOps, and release management).
- Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and automation within Salesforce.
- Experience leading development teams (2–5 developers).
