📋 Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications
Customize standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
🎓 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
⭐ Preferred / Good to Have Skills
Experience with Agentforce
Hands-on experience with AWS integrations
Experience working with AppExchange solutions
Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
