Job Description – CRMA (Salesforce CRM Analytics) Developer
Role Overview
Experienced in CRMA (Salesforce CRM Analytics) Developer with hands-on experience in Snowflake
· to support report and dashboard development,
· existing report maintenance, and data transformation activities.
· The role will work closely with business and technical teams to design, build, and enhance analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
Key Responsibilities
· Dashboard and Report Development
o Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, datasets, and lenses in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
o Translate business requirements into analytical reports and visualizations.
o Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy.
o Conduct demos and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.
· Maintenance and Enhancements
o Support change requests, enhancements, and fixes to existing dashboards and datasets.
o Address UAT and production issues as reported by the business team.
o Implement iterative improvements based on user feedback.
· Data Integration and ETL
o Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data models for CRMA consumption.
o Perform basic data transformations in Snowflake (SQL, stored procedures, joins, aggregations, etc.) as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
· 4–6 years of overall experience in business intelligence or analytics.
· Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
· Proven experience designing datasets, recipes, dashboards, and dataflows within CRMA.
· Strong SQL skills with experience working on Snowflake data warehouse.
· Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage directly with business and technical teams.
