🔎 Role Overview:
As a Custom Software Engineer – Salesforce, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications tailored to business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, implement best practices, and contribute to building optimized, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations using Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement best coding practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and solution design.
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce platform features and customization capabilities.
⭐ Good to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
