Role Overview
- Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Location: Pune Worl from office Mandatory
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura components.
- Cloud Solutions: Build and customize robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Integrations: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Architecture & Best Practices: Follow Salesforce best practices regarding governor limits, security models, data architecture, and code optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep Cloud Expertise: Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Process Automation, SOQL/SOSL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Sales / Service / Experience Cloud Consultant
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal/written communication, and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
