Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
· Lead end-to-end Salesforce development activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
· Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and integrations
· Optimise Salesforce performance and ensure scalability and security best practices
· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
· Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
· Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Support UAT, production deployments, and post-release maintenance
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
· Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools
· Lead integration efforts involving ERP, payment gateways, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications
· Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrated systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and perform impact analysis for system changes
· Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI-driven automation is an added advantage
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulers
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II preferred)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience working in client-facing roles
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
