Responsibilities-

• Work on developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Assist in building and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Work on debugging and fixing issues in Salesforce applications, both in custom code and configuration.
• Collaborate with senior developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.

Requirements-

• Good command of the Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
• Hands-on experience with creating the lightning components • Experience with Integration
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce architecture
• Able to identify when to use config vs code
• Able to work with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• At a minimum of 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex), and integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
