About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Talentgigs. Qualifications
The ideal Salesforce Developer should possess a strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Candidates should have between 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization, particularly within Service Cloud environments. Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL is essential. Additionally, experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, data management tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms, and a thorough understanding of security configurations are required. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are mandatory, while additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly advantageous. Soft skills including strong analytical abilities, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability are equally important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Salesforce Developer at Talentgigs will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions tailored to our customer service operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions, designing and implementing custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components, and configuring Salesforce features such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules. The role also involves integrating Salesforce with external systems such as telephony platforms and service management tools using REST and SOAP APIs. Ensuring platform performance, data security, and compliance through appropriate security configurations and access controls is a critical aspect of the job. Providing end-user support, conducting training sessions, and documenting technical specifications are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the developer will optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve overall efficiency and user experience.
