Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Customize Salesforce applications including objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experien
- Strong expertise in:
- Next Best Action (NBA)
- Marketing Cloud
- Apex
- LWC
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience with Git-based version control
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certifications
- Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs processes and NBA use cases
