Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of business-critical Salesforce solutions.
- You will be joining an active US client project where you'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze existing implementations, resolve production issues, enhance platform capabilities, and contribute to the long-term stability and scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership and initiative are highly valued.
- Beyond development, you'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, establish development best practices, and help build and mentor the Salesforce engineering team.
What You'll Be Working On
- Analyze and resolve existing Salesforce production issues and support tickets.
- Understand and enhance existing Apex, LWC, and Salesforce customizations.
- Work with limited documentation by analyzing the existing implementation and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Identify root causes and deliver sustainable technical solutions.
- Improve platform performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in technical discussions and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate directly with US-based client teams to understand business requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and drive them independently.

This role requires someone who is adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable navigating evolving requirements. While documentation may be limited in some areas of the existing platform, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by understanding the current implementation, improving processes, and building long-term technical stability.
Experience & Work Schedule
Experience Required: 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Location: Hybrid – Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Working Hours: Candidates should be available during the required US team overlap hours (approximately 8:30 AM PST to 12:30 PM PST, varying during Daylight Saving Time) to collaborate with client teams.
Work Days: Monday through Friday (aligned with US business days). Based on project requirements, occasional weekend support may be required.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
