Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, customization, and integrations.
Key Responsibilties:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain workflows, process automation, validation rules, and flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Certifications (PD1/Admin) preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD and deployment tools is a plus
