About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customizations, integrations, and platform capabilities, along with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Participate in release management, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, FSC, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and DevOps practices.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
