Salesforce Developer (7+ Years)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement scalable enterprise solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Agentforce, and Karate API testing, along with strong experience in integrations and CI/CD practices.
The developer will collaborate with architects, admins, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and AI-driven automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Develop enterprise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC – mandatory), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows
- Implement scalable and secure Salesforce architecture following best practices
- Build intelligent experiences using Agentforce (mandatory) including AI-driven workflows, copilots, and automated decision logic
- Design advanced automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and platform events
- Optimize performance, refactor legacy code, and reduce technical debt
Integrations, API & Testing
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and middleware (MuleSoft or similar)
- Implement automated API testing using Karate framework (mandatory)
- Support event-driven architecture and real-time integrations
- Handle data migration and transformation using Data Loader, Bulk API, ETL tools, and SFDX
- Work with multi-source Data Cloud (CDP) ensuring data consistency and validation
AI & Agentforce Solutions
- Implement Salesforce Agentforce agents, copilots, and AI-driven automation
- Integrate Agentforce with CRM workflows, customer journeys, and service processes
- Configure prompt templates, grounding data, and orchestration logic
- Support conversational and autonomous process execution
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Architects, Admins, QA, and Product teams
- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Provide production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis
DevOps & CI/CD
- Manage releases using Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or SFDX
- Maintain version control and branching strategy
- Follow sandbox and environment management best practices
