We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution, and Offline Mobile App Configuration.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud web and offline mobile app configuration/customization, Salesforce development technologies, integrations, administration, configuration, and full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience.
🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
✅ Work on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – Retail Execution
✅ Configure and customize Consumer Goods Cloud web and offline mobile applications
✅ Develop Salesforce solutions using FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components — LWC, and Triggers
✅ Work on Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader
✅ Handle Salesforce administration and configuration activities
✅ Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering to deployment
✅ Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver business solutions
✅ Follow SDLC methodologies such as Agile
✅ Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions
✅ Support consumer goods industry-specific business processes

✔️ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform
✔️ Strong experience in Consumer Goods Cloud – Retail Execution
✔️ Strong understanding of Consumer Goods Cloud web configuration/customization
✔️ Strong experience in Offline Mobile App Configuration / Customization
✔️ Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Triggers
✔️ Experience with Salesforce integrations
✔️ Experience with data management tools like Data Loader
✔️ Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
✔️ Experience with full Salesforce implementation lifecycle
✔️ Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✔️ Understanding of Consumer Goods industry and business processes
