Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing/Revenue Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring quality governance, DevOps best practices, and seamless business process automation.
The role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce platform customization, integration with third-party systems, and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
CPQ / Billing / Revenue Cloud
- Implement and support Salesforce CPQ and Billing/Revenue Cloud solutions
- Configure product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and subscription billing
- Develop automation for quote-to-cash processes
- Support revenue recognition and billing workflows
Process Automation
- Build and maintain automation using:
- Flows
- Process Builder
- Workflow Rules
- Approval Processes
- Improve business workflows and reduce manual operations
Salesforce Integrations
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Middleware platforms
- Develop secure and scalable integration solutions
- Handle data synchronization and API error management
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components
- Build modern UI/UX solutions for Salesforce users
- Optimize frontend performance and usability
Field Service
- Support Salesforce Field Service implementation and customization
- Configure work orders, scheduling, service appointments, and mobile workflows
DevOps & Governance
- Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Maintain version control using Git-based repositories
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and governance standards
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Billing / Revenue Cloud
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex
- SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD
- Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Experience in Git/version control systems
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and scalable system design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to quality governance and release management processes
