We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is technically strong and equally capable in analytical thinking and problem solving, ensuring robust, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other custom Salesforce solutions.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, and custom objects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Support CI/CD and release management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of development experience, including development and configuration.
• 3+ year of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems and evaluate multiple solution paths.
• Proven problem-solving skills, especially in debugging, performance tuning, and addressing complex functional/technical issues.
• Solid understanding of governor limits, security guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with version control
