We are looking for a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex Programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating APIs, and delivering high-quality applications that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design, optimize, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud and back-office systems using APIs.
- Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to both frontend and backend solution development.
- Support deployment and release management activities.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development practices.
Required Skills-
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex Programming Language
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript
- Salesforce Data Modeling:
- Objects, Fields, Relationships
- One-to-Many and Many-to-Many relationships
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Security Models, and OOTB features
- Knowledge of Git/version control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience solving real-world business challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Minimum Qualifications-
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent degree
- 4–5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
- Customer interaction and stakeholder management experience
Preferred Qualifications-
- Salesforce certifications are highly preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Development projects
