Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Proven delivery experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and at least one Sales Cloud implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Integrations, and Platform Events.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control.
- Exposure to Agentforce and Data Cloud (preferred and highly valued).
Technical Strengths
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and integration design.
- R&D-oriented mindset — loves exploring new tech, solving tough problems, and experimenting with AI.
- Experience with Voice integrations or conversational AI (preferred).
- Ability to turn prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions.
